This actually corresponds to the vision of our WP7. But I think we could consider one more use case or perspective, namely eLearning application developer. Lets consider such a situation. For example, I am a software developer and I would like to develop an eLearning application. I want to be sure that my application will be interoperable and competence oriented. As a develoepr I would expect that ICOPER would help me in this issue ;-) sure, denis, we can later have a discussion about this, ok? so that we don't interrupt this discussion This perspective is tottally missing now. But I think its is important if we really want to assure competence and interoperability. But I think ICOPER should anticipate also possible future trends. e.g. mobile based TEL applications etc. This should not be priority #1.
