I forgot how to fine the flashboard... it's on the xtra tab I'm concerned about the loss of space on the landing, though, and about putting a door in front of the window. But, the space works much better for the bathrooms I found it...and I can see the floor plan. I will probably have to redo the MBR/BTH wall anyway, so access for plumbing is not a huge issue OK, on to option 2 In this option, the wall between the closet and bath is moved, the tub is moved over a bit - less mods to the house, but the master bath is small. Too tight and too many doors! Try to simplify, much as you did in option 1.
