Professional learning = contextualised learning? Here in Canada, we consider professional learning to be learning that you do as a professional. For example, as a faculty member you may learn from your colleagues. Or professional learning may also be going to a class explictly designed for professionals. For example, I took a professional development course (about a week) from a local university on project management. do u mean international Cert. like Cisco and MCSE and the stuff is a prof. learning?
