Any thoughts on my apparent mold problem? It's on the new front door trim Thought at first it was just dirt splashed up, but realized recently that it is too far up the trim Ralph, to test for mold, dip a q-tip in ordinary household bleach, and rub it on the suspect stain. OK - then what? If it comes off, it's mold? If the stain disappears in 30 seconds it's probably mold. If it remains it is something else. OK. I'll give that a try.
